At Rob Leatham .com, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our tangible items.  If, for any reason, you receive damaged, flawed or poor-quality merchandise, we will gladly refund your money or replace the item! 

Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make certain you order the correct items, sizes, colors and quantities.

We are currently not accepting international orders, but hope to be able to accommodate international customers in the future.

At Rob Leatham .com, we want you to know that your personal information is safe with us.  Please read our standard Privacy Policy from the top menu bar of the web site. 

Security and Fraud Policies: 

You are always safe shopping at Rob's On-Line Shooting Store, as the secure encryption technology we use ensures the safety of your transactions! ¹

If you're just not comfortable shopping on-line, though, we will also supply a printable order form that you can mail to our P.O. box.  All mail order credit card transactions will be processed via our back office POS terminal, completely independent and separate of the Internet. 

All on-line transactions are processed via a Secure Socket Layer, an SSL-secured internet connection, and all credit card data is completely encrypted.  For added security, you will be required to enter your credit card's expiration date and the CVV2 / CVC2 from the back of your card.   Please make sure you have your credit card handy for this verification process.   As a final step in the order process, your address information will be verified against your credit card's billing address.  This is for your protection and ours! 

At the end of a successful on-line order, you should receive a confirmation page for printing.  If you don't get a confirmation page, contact us immediately (order receipt E-Mail) as your order did not complete.

Leatham Enterprises, LLC, parent company of Rob Leatham .com,  WILL prosecute ALL fraudulent cases and activity!  Credit Card Fraud and Identity Theft are Federal Crimes punishable by U.S. Federal Criminal Codes and we will submit all suspicious and actual fraudulent activity immediately to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation and prosecution. 

Remember, too, Rob's short tempered and pretty good with a firearm!  :-)

Shipping Policies:

All merchandise will ship via US Postal Service or  United Parcel Service (UPS).  In-stock items will be shipped immediately upon payment verification.  Personal check orders will take longer, as we will first verify funds.  Back-ordered items will ship immediately upon restocking.  You will be notified immediately of back-ordered items.

All shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the customer, so please validate all U.S. and international address information before completing your purchase.

Maintenance Policy:
From time to time, there is scheduled maintenance on the LinkPoint Secure Payment Gateway.  During these times, you may experience difficulties submitting on-line orders.  The current maintenance schedule is Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, Central Time.  If you experience problems during these hours, please try again.
