Robert J. Leatham, RobLeatham.com™, RobLeathamStore.com™ and Leatham Enterprises, LLC assume NO liability for any mishap(s) that may occur from attempting any of Rob Leatham’s written, verbal or video shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, DrillMaster Shooting Club™ Drill Of The Month (DOTM) drills, or other written, verbal or video instructional exercises / techniques — regardless of who published the content / video / interview.

Rob’s shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, drills, exercises, techniques, etc.  are intended for experienced firearms shooters. Do NOT attempt any of Rob Leatham’s shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, drills, exercises, techniques, etc. unless you are an EXPERIENCED SHOOTER and you meet ALL of the following criteria!

1. Know, respect and follow ALL universal rules of Firearm Safety, specifically the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) Gun Safety Rules.
2. Know, respect and follow ALL Range Safety Rules and procedures.
3. Have extensive, documented firearms training & experience.
4. Have training and experience in SAFELY and PROPERLY drawing a loaded gun from a holster and re-holstering a loaded gun.
5. Have documented safe gun handling skills, exceptional technical shooting skills and pistol competition/match experience via membership and participation in one or more of the following accredited shooting organizations*: ICORE, IDPA, IPSC, NRA, SASS, SCSA or USPSA
6. Are NOT a convicted felon, prevented by law from owning or possessing a firearm.  Are LEGALLY able to own/possess a firearm in your city, state/province and country of residence. 
7. Are NOT a current, pending or former member of a gang, street gang, terrorist  or criminal organization performing illegal and/or violent criminal activity, especially intended to undermine / overthrow the government of the United States of America.
8. Have NOT shown signs of or been diagnosed with any mental illnesses or emotional disturbances.
9. Are NOT under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, prescription drugs or narcotics. 
10. Are practicing Rob’s written, verbal or video shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, drills, exercises, techniques, etc., with safety as the number one priority, and as a method of improving your competitive shooting skills. 

Rob’s shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, drills, exercises, techniques, etc.  are intended for experienced firearms shooters. Do NOT attempt any of Rob Leatham’s shooting tips, guidance, suggestions, advice, drills, exercises, techniques, etc. unless you are an EXPERIENCED SHOOTER and you meet ALL of the ABOVE criteria!
